Restaurant bewertenMy wife and I had dinner at Chick Fil A on 9-14-2022. I wanted to eat another meal at the restaurant while my wife wanted a 2nd meal for lunch for the following day. I was back, and when I was on the line, the lady said in or out behind Theke Dine. I said both 1 order is to eat here the 2nd is to go The participant said, May I suggest you order the dune now and the departure when you go. I said the decision will be reheated at a later time, so I will order both now. The women behind the counter saw me. "I said take my order? She answered Pick1 we don't. I went back to my table and packed. I decided it wasn't nice to my wife to buy her not a meal for her next lunch. I'm pronouncing the counter that the same women have said. I was able to order the food, but the din was rejected in the meal. What kind of policy is that? No, you can't choose both, eat 1 or get out? I was denied service I will never spend my money in Chick Fil A again.
Love everything there above all the chicken club and the service they are always super friendly, no matter which one goes. And effient I am astonished as there are massive lines of cars and they still create them to you from there in 10 min.
I haven?t been through something that fast since the last time I was intimate with my husband Rest In Peace good Mac and cheese holy cheese. The bags were ready as soon as I pulled up my chicken sandwich was delicious
Just like every Chick-fil-A, great food! However, catering experience was less than stellar. All other Chick-fil-As that I have ordered from have called to confirm my order. This one did not, and when I called just to make sure my order was received, they were fairly rude, though did confirm my order. I then showed up and they were much more disorganized than I expected. Nevertheless, they provided all of the food and drinks. I may have forgotten to click that utensils were necessary. However, people make mistakes and I didn 't appreciate the employee going out of her way to blame me. I take ownership for my mistakes and was very polite the entire time, just asking if I could possibly request utensils, regardless of why they were not already packaged up for us. There were also no sauces provided for my sandwiches. I have never had to request that before when ordering catering from other locations, but again, this restaurant informed me that they are not typically included. I even volunteered to pay extra for some sauces. With so many things that are not typically done at this Chick-Fil-A but are flawlessly executed at others, I 'm starting to think this location is just not up to typical standard. I wasn 't expecting them to provide me with a drink as I waited, help me carry bags to the car, or any of the excessively kind and pleasant things I 've experienced when ordering catering from other locations. I just don 't want an attitude and to have to haggle for a few sauces for all of my sandwiches and nuggets. As we left, the employee helping us was shouting something about needing to grow more arms. I assumed she was joking and quipped back , I know, wouldn 't that be the best to which her completely frazzled and annoyed stare at me made it clear she was not joking. I will not be returning to this location. It was not a pleasant experience.
I was sitting at the table waiting for my food and the sun was shining in my face from a window 100 ft away, a nice associate asked if I wanted the shades closed, I said yes and she did it. That was nice, what other fast food place does that? No one.
