Pret A Manger - Portsmouth

I had a tea out with family. I ordered tea infusion lemon and ginger but was not infusion. I am disappointed.

Stopped for a brew and a breather whilst doing a spot of shopping at Gunwharf, lovely cup of tea and a cheeky chewy cookie to stave off my hunger until lunch. Friendly staff, plenty of empty, clean tables to choose from, I admit not the cheapest place to choose from at Gunwharf but certainly a relaxing and comfortable option.

Staff were rude, when asking for a hot chocolate their reply was we don 't have any hot chocolate . No sorry, or apology of any sort. Then when we went to sit down with a family member who bought a coffee the staff member just stared at us the whole time like we weren 't welcome. Won 't return again.

Just stopped here for a snack and coffee’s. Very clean tables and welcoming smiling staff at the counter. Free tap water which was welcomed. Our fresh salads were lovely and the warm Danish pastry finished the meal off perfectly.

Plenty of seating, some outside. Always good food and drink. Free water available for you to help yourself. The best hot choc from anywhere.
