Costa Coffee - Portsmouth

My granddaughter had a birthday party and accidentally ordered a regular birthday cake (my grandson is dairy intolerant). So we were searching the high street for a dairy-free cake to give him. As a last resort, we went to Costa and explained our situation. The young man working there took the time to find a suitable cake from the allergy book. To our surprise, he refused payment when we went to pay. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service. My whole family frequents Costa and this experience has made us want to visit even more often.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly fast and efficient. I tried a delicious lactose-free wild berry smoothie and a milk-free Bakewell tart from their dairy-free range, and both were fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here.

This Costa location is spacious and has a large, convenient parking lot. The staff members were outstanding, with a young man even bringing my order directly to my table.

This is a great costa! the youngs here are really funny, service was fast and they feel never rushed! I was here for hours, and they didn't get over me at all. really excellent!

Always enjoy a morning coffee from here before I walk the dog . Really friendly attentive staff . No complaints at all thanks guys
