Restaurant bewertenOver the years that I have visited this location for a morning lifesaver, I have noticed there is something special about this store and the employees. The staff stands out in their warmth, courteousness, professionalism and overall service to the customers compared to other franchise restaurants and frankly, in comparison to many other service oriented businesses. This morning, after an especially positive interaction, I felt compelled to reach out and share my observations. Congratulations to the Salema family ownership team and your dedicated staff. Got my order correct! The other day I got sugar in my ice coffee ... said NO SUGAR!
Zack is the best employee at this establishment. If you want your order done right ask for him. Make sure to tip him too! He is fantastic and has a great attitude for customer service!
I'd give it 5 stars when they start making donuts in house again.
This place is the worst Dunkin I've ever been in. Aside from the place bing dirty. The staff is horrible. In the time I've been here they have screwed up most of the orders they have taken. People coming in from the drive through with the wrong items. Oneof the women behind the counter assuming it's the manager is talking to the staff in a really condescending inappropriatemanner. If ever a franchise tag should be pulled it's here. Complete train wreck.
