Chez Pierre - Porto-Vecchio

This place was looking nice, in the beach, but my friends and i wanted to have lunch. We were 4 but 2 if us wanted to have a panini. First problem, you can 't eat this in the salon, ok but the other 2 wanted a...warm dish, not possible all had to leave to the panini allowed place can you imagine this is the way to treat customers??? Once there, we ask why its allowed to smoke in a close tent resto, and in response of that the owner light up a cuban cigar in our faces and explaining that he is corse and therefore he does not care about the laws in France. This was a clear provocation and we pay the drink and immediately left this horrible place. Si he lost the whole group of clients because of his behavior... Don 't go there just because is one of the only places to eat, avoid a bad moment for you and your vacations...

We popped in twice for lunch, really enjoyed the salad del a mer pasta with prawns, relaxed staff they were really laid back, we just left our payment on the table as they didn't seem bothered. served in normal time, good selection, even popped...back in before leaving beach for a cocktail and with my hopeless French they always managed to make us happy. Had a bit of trouble with the lock of the loo at back of restaurant as you need to collect a key from the staff, its a bit awkward to open. it does get rather busy around 1pm but can sit and have a drink overlooking the beach whilst waiting for table, I'd go back

Ashamed of being too hungry and not having taken our time to check for fear of having room in another restaurant at 2:00. disaster!

We were at the snack to take sandwiches and the ... a deplorable welcome, a shame, employers who take their heads and insult the customers. A nullissime team. And I'm kind. 45 minutes waiting for sandwiches ... seriously passing your way is a tip

1 wing for service and especially for the head of the fitted beach and 1 star for the frame. for the kitchen, it's 0 star!Nothing has added, a real mess when you have a restaurant on such a beautiful beach. The kitchen and the map are to be revisited.
