Restaurant bewertenWe had a nice dinner here in portugal. the staff was extremely helpful in providing recommendations and although the place was quickly filled up, we could enjoy the last of our weine without being brushed. service, eating and atmosphere were all...excellently recommended.
Beautiful and small place, team very friendly and polite! many thanks. carla 5 fez nos excelentes sugestões super simpática! well made
I stopped into Pérola do Porto Covo for a late dinner. The service was excellent. The wait staff did everything to make my dining experience enjoyable. From discussing the menu to doing a little extra. The food was great, I had a local fish dish that was very tasty. It appeared to be made by some old ladies in the back (that's how you know it's good!). Seems like a very family friendly, and friendly in general, establishment!
We took a chance on this one as the one that had been recommended wasn't open yet and we were starving. Nice family-run place, grandad sitting watching football with grandson, mum waiting, sister in kitchen. When our Portuguese/English queries were getting a bit much for the waitress the very pleasant chef appeared from the kitchen and told us what to have - fish of the day. Beautifully fresh and well cooked, served simply with boiled potatoes (surprisingly delicious) and salad. Lovely home made desserts too and a jug of cheap (but nice) house wine. Not at all 'posh' but we had a fun evening there and really recommend.
We have eaten here in the evening, only one to share with a bottle of wine, the house red. After a friendly welcome the service was excellent and the food was also. honest home kitchen served generously. the wee was excellent and, like eating, very favorable...price would come back when in the opposite.
