Restaurant bewertenWe loved the place! Grabbed breakfast here, while in portland, I got the rain and my wife bought the double down. OMFG..her sausage is the best sort I have in my LIFE living room! biscuits were delicious, overall I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a qualitatiw high quality breakfast place when visiting portland.
We are from alabama, known for our south kitchen, where biscuits and gravitation are a prime pillar. but let me tell the first ones that these cookies are amazing and delicious! highly recommended and not sleep on the delicious gravy!
It’s almost impossible to find good biscuits on the west coast. Was surprised at all the vegan options here as well. We also tried the pop tart with marionberry, hash ups, and the Reggie. Easily the best vegan biscuits and gravy and the pop tarts are a must try.
We went here 2nd week of may.Doesn't look like much when you past it, we had to turn twice to find the place and its hard to find a parking spot. When you get in, the interior is kind of a laid back,in the entrance you can see then making the biscuit its my favorite part. We ordered fried chicken steak, the reggie, and some cheese french fries. It was very good, you can really taste the freshness of the biscuit. They also have friendly staff. We rate 4/5 overall, it was a good experience, good food, nice people, we just dont like having to stay at the line to order and we have to bus our own table.
I dined at Pine State Biscuits on Division with my girlfriend a few days ago, and it was a bittersweet experience. I have been searching for a place to enjoy biscuits and gravy, and my Google search led me to this restaurant. My girlfriend is a great sport, and she accompanied me, although she was not on a similar mission. I ordered Biscuits 'N ' Gravy and a side of hashbrowns with scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese. For anyone inquiring, if you order hashbrowns, it takes 15 minutes to prepare, so consider that in addition to the other meal items you order. Although the meal itself took some time to reach our table, it wasn 't too bad. Being a Georgia native, I have high expectations for biscuits and gravy, and I 'd rate these a 3.5 out of 5. The hashbrowns were seasoned, which was a pleasant surprise but maybe salty for some people. My girlfriend is so used to having to add salt that she instinctively did so and was in for an experience. It 's a different restaurant experience as you seat yourself, bus your table, and utilize a shared restroom with other businesses in the main hallway. Parking was not a hassle, and indoor and outdoor seating was available. It wasn 't the worst dining experience, but it did leave me wishing it was more.
