Palomar - Portland

Palomar is the best in town. their cocktails and menus are cured and delicious. absolute is a treat if we can eat or drink in front of our next goal at the bar.

Palomar is amazing in every way. The drinks are incredible, the food is beyond delicious, and the service is outstanding. The layout of the restaurant is excellent and the decor is perfect. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. Truly a top-notch establishment.

Just a delightful space, I love the colors and the menu is darling. BUT even more importantly the food and drinks are so, so good. AND our server was so great and fun to talk to, he gave us the perfect amount of time to check out the menu and order and amount of checking in on us was just right. Everyone else we interacted with was lovely as well. Also the flan was the best I've ever had.

If you’re looking for some Miami variety in Portland, def check out Palomar. Drinks are tasty, the vibes are a great place for happy hour or for a 1st date. Plenty of side street parking. Friendly staff, and the food will hit you with flavors you didn’t know were in the Pacific Northwest. Advice start with some starters. You can’t go wrong with any of the options. For main dishes, I went with the camarones con tamal, but the churrasco was also delicious. Have fun, thank me later, and don’t forget to order with confidence. Roll your rrrrrr’s.
