Mcmenamins St. Johns Theater Pub

One of my favorite spots in St. John's PDX is this McMenamins location. It boasts a lovely private outdoor garden with a fire pit, making it a great place to enjoy a pint of Ruby, Purple Haze, or Terminator Stout accompanied by a plate of fries. The food menu is limited but well-executed, and the beverage menu offers a wide variety of options. On a hot summer day, there's nothing better than taking a stroll to St. John's and grabbing a pint of McMenamins Cider here. If you're looking to extend your visit, be sure to check out the cinema inside, which screens movies at 3pm and 9pm for a fun day out. Overall, this charming little pub is definitely worth a stop.

The ambiance at this restaurant is quite nice. However, I was disappointed by the lack of flavor in the dish I ordered. The drinks were great though. The highlight of my experience was the excellent service provided. It alone would be enough to make me want to come back to this establishment.

I absolutely love the ambiance of this restaurant! I could easily spend an hour admiring the decor on the walls. I definitely need to come back for the theater experience as well, which I'm sure will be amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly too!

The pretzel sticks were obviously nuked. They came out way too hot. I ordered the Backyard cheeseburger which came without cheese and without barbecue sauce. Had to ask for silverware. Being from South Florida I'm aware that most places in Portland are going to be disappointing but this one was more disappointing than most. We won't return.

This little theater is unbelievable! We love this location!!
