Bui Natural Tofu - Portland

Their salad rolls are really incredible. the price has risen since the last review. to $3,50 for two good size tofu roll with a grandiose sauce. they also have tons desserts and the cassers was really helpful to say which were vegan / vegetarian and to avoid them. this is my absolute visit to these hot summer days for a delicious, filling snack!

Bui has the best fresh rolls and they are just $3 for two huge! they also have amazing homemade tofu that is very affordable; they can buy it from individual blocks. my favorite is the fresh twill. I never miss a chance to stop from bui when I'm in the neighbourhood!

I wish to be a vegan home cook, but sometimes my energy falls, and I'm looking for a little Deli counter. here are my fast picks from bui: tofu salatrolls, lemongrass roast tofu, bevel fried tofu (pick up mini baguette roll, and they can roll a lazy vegan banh mi with vegan mayo, maggi saisoning, cut jalapenos, fresh zilantro, inlaid carrots and daikon and cut wobbles fried many desserts are vegan and gluten-free; ask and the staff can help them if they are not able to read or speak Vietnamese.

This delightful Asian deli offers a variety of tofu flavors such as plain, lemongrass, fried onion, and even pork tofu. They also serve in-house salad rolls, deep fried spring rolls, various rice dishes, and a wide selection of desserts. I used to only come for the spring rolls, but I always discover something new every time I visit because of their delicious menu options.

Excellent fresh Vietnamese style tofu along with some prepared items both savory and sweet. Fresh green onion tofu and the banana pudding are my favorites. Can be busy, but the service is friendly and efficient service. Value priced.
