On The Rocks - Portimão

A live band was playing, very good by the way. But after an hour sitting at a table and despite having 5 people serving and regularly passing in front of me no one came to serve me and they avoided eye contact. My experience in this bar boils down to an hour listening to music while I watched countless dissatisfied customers complain and leave.
