Moonlight - Portimão

Having been to Praia da Rocha for many years now and knowing most of the drinking establishments I thought a review of Moonlight bar should be done. From the minute you walk in the open fronted bar with views of the amazingly stunning Praia da Rocha beach you feel at ease and welcomed by the staff who cannot do enough for you. From simple beers to amazing cocktails it has to be the most relaxing bars in Praia da Rocha..Plenty of sports on for those with an interest in football etc..nighttime is when it comes alive in a big big way..always great music and an electric atmosphere..if you like to dance the night away or sit and watch the world go by..moonlight bar is the place for you.

Great place for a pint of super bock and a toastie. Fantastic view and a great atmosphere. Happy hour from 9am to 8 pm. And with staff like Hugo it makes it a pleasure to return each year.

This is our go to place when we want to drink a cocktail or have a beer and stare out at the ocean. The bartenders are always welcoming and even remember what we like to drink Uh oh LOL. Toasted sandwiches are the main thing on offer as far as food goes. Great staff and fabulous views.

Our go-to weekly meeting spot for local expats/immigrants. Hugo is the best.
