Practice of running out of specials quickly. Special gets you in there, they have run out and you order something else. Had to eat a very big sandwich with tiny peice of chicken( had to cut it up to have chicken on both halves of sandwich) for couple dollars less than prime rib. Good service, felt bad for wait staff.
