Restaurant bewertenZero sense of urgency from the employees here. The cashier barely said a word to me or other people that were ordering. No customer service skills. One of the employees who seem to be a manager picked up a cup from the floor and literally put it backwith the other cups. One of the customers questioned her about it and she just said yes I did put it back. Not sanitary, notokay.
I ordered cookies. I bit off one and requested fresh ones because they were cold. The girl takes my cookies places them in the microwave then hands them back to me. I then check them and asked who I need to speak to because these are the same exactcookies I can tell from where I bit one at. She gets mad and then goes and drops new ones. I don?t understand why try to getover on people. You can tell when they are put in the microwave as well because they are hotter than they should be
I ordered an iced latte in the middle of the day. There was no one in the store in front of me, but the employees spent nearly 20 minutes serving a non-existent line at the drive-thru before I had to ask for my latte for the third time. It was absurd. What's even more frustrating is that the cashier just sat there and would pull out their phone to text instead of helping.
I ordered the $4 Egg McMuffin sandwich and was disappointed to find that it was missing the main ingredient - the egg! What a letdown.
I placed a mobile order at this restaurant and everything went smoothly. I picked up my order in my car but had to wait for almost 5 minutes in line, along with six other cars, before placing my order.
