Restaurant bewertenI went for breakfast with my family and we asked for a booth and the waitress said we don 't have a booth so she sat us at a table. Then as we 're seated I see a guy in a booth that could fit a family of 8 alone. All she could 've said was a booth would be available soon if you want to wait. When seated a booth almost immediately opened up and didn 't even have the common courtesy to ask if we wanted to be moved to a booth now that 2 were available. I decided not to eat at that point because I was disgusted already. Maybe if I was a shade lighter I would 've got better service. I left a nice Dollar for Karen the waitress and left. Would never got to another Denny 's again. I 'll take my business to Ihop.
While I was waiting for my dog, I decided to stop by Denny's on Dunlawton for breakfast. I was fortunate to have Heather as my waitress, and I must say she was incredible. In all my years of dining out, she is the best waitress I've ever encountered. Everything was organized and professional, and she efficiently served my food, knowing exactly what I needed. As someone with a disability who uses a mobility aid and can't stand for long periods, I really appreciated her kindness in taking care of my bill for me. That gesture made a big difference! I highly recommend this location for their top-notch service.
It's 12:51 p.m. on July 26, 2022, and I have to say that every single woman working here was incredibly rude. Acknowledging customers and being polite and respectful should be standard practice. As I entered, one of the staff members even closed the door right in my face. They wouldn't make eye contact, and I had to go out of my way to get their attention. If it were up to me, I would fire all three of them and replace them immediately! If they don't enjoy dealing with customers, they should find a different job.
The food was excellent as always, but today's delivery was quite slow. My order took over an hour, arriving 25 minutes later than expected.
I ordered zesty nachos and was charged extra for meat, but I didn't even receive a full cup to make a proper serving. Additionally, the sirloin was cooked well done instead of medium as I requested.
