Restaurant bewertenGreat food, great setting. Very relaxing vibe here. Could of whiled away several hours on the picturesque deck and surrounds. Prawn and Crab ravioli was a smash hit. Pork belly was tasty and well plated. A genuine attempt at at providing a French food adventure in Port Maquarie. Escargot was an interesting experience. These earthy little garlic bombs were not my cup of tea but hats to chef for providing this food oppurtunity. There is also a nice selection of wines and beveridges. Service was thorough. So all good at the Little Fish Cafe.
Really lovely lunch .... Weather was wet but ambiance was warm. Lunch was well flavoured, we enjoyed it immensely. If our entrees hadn't come out same time as the mains (who does that?) would have been five stars but really poor timing. Otherwise, I had the pork belly which was delicious. More attentive staff would make this place amazing!!! Location is lovely even on a wet day!!!!
Little Fish Cafe is picturesque inside and out - a cute little place set amongst vineyards with tables under large shade trees as well as a vine covered marquee. Our toddler had plenty of room to roam and played in the swing in one of the trees. We were stopping for coffee only but I'd be keen to go back as their menu sounded lovely. Looked like s beautiful place for a party or special event.
We discovered this little gem today. It was unfortunate the chef was having a day off, but we were still offered a reasonable selection to choose from. I enjoyed a lovely veggie pie. One of my guests enjoyed the Major Innes Platter. Another being both a vegetarian and gluten free was offered a delightful salad. Add a glass of local Rose followed by coffee it made for a perfect lunch. Meals are rather big, particularly the platter which would make a great sharing plate for a light lunch snack. Surrounded by the peace of the vineyards I could not think of a more delightful place to spend an hour or so on a warm winters day. I will definitely be making a return visit on my next trip to Port.
We enjoyed a lovely lunch overlooking the vines drinking a lovely semillon and the fabulous seafood pie. The staff were very obliging and the food great ,wonderful atmosphere made for a relaxing lunch.
