Restaurant bewertenI happened to park in front of this place (didn't even know it was there)and the photos on the window looked good so I went in and grabbed a take-out menu. I'm so glad I did! We ordered delivery for 5 people. There are lots of spicy options on the menu but nothing we ordered was too spicy. We tried the pineapple seafood fried rice (excellent,) ginger beef, spicy salted spareribs, sweet and sour chicken, Sichuan string beans, chicken stir-fried noodles and pot stickers. Delivery was fast (we do live near by,) and the food was hot, fresh and plentiful; we had lots left over! Everything was very good, we will definitely order again.
We wanted to try this place as its in our 'hood. Ordered take out, Singaporean laksa was way too fish sauce-y, and had a serious spice kick. We didn't enjoy this dish. We also ordered the ginger beef (just ok, not as spicy as we would have liked it,) Kung pao chicken (no real flavour,) seasonal vegetables (ok,) and mah poh tofu (ok.) We found that most foods didn't have any distinctive flavour, and no spice (except the soup.) Sorry, but this visit was a bust, and we'll not likely return.
My friend suggested we try out this place, so we went. This was not an easy place to find, it’s located in a small L-shaped mall and the restaurant is right at the corner. You can see all the other stores but this one. Inside is very roomy and bright with 8 tables. There’s not much atmosphere but the server was very friendly and their food was very very good. For sure we will go back again and again to try out their different dishes on the menu. I highly recommend the beef roll and the Singapore Laksa. The Laksa is a spicy dish but you can ask for it to be milder.Happy Travelling!
Amazing place. Huge and very tasty portions. Especially I recommend pineapple seafood fried rice and bass fish. The service is friendly and professional. Would definitely come back.
They changed for the better for sure, this my only go to restaurant for Chinese food in port Coquitlam now!
