I am so glad my friend and I stopped in for dinner. I had the most wonderful meal of Izzy’s fish and chips. Just the right amount of batter on tender fish and the most wonderful fresh cut fries! Definitely a stop to make!

BEST FISH AND CHIPS AROUND. Sure it can be a bit slow at time but that sometimes happens when there is ONLY 1-2 maybe 3 people working the whole restaurant, that's kitchen and serve staff, KEEP THIS IN MIND WHILE WAITING. MOST TIMES ITS FINE AND FISH IS GREAT.

Nice service the fish and chips is very good and cool view of the submarine museum of the HMCS

Used to be a decent place, last few times I been there the service has been horrible. Restaurant is empty with lots of staff working and incredibly slow wait times. Staff seem to be more busy complaining how they were supposed to be in that day rather then serving customers

I am new to this area but love living here in the short period of time. The owner is an amazing lady that has pretty much everything on the menu made from scratch...The fish and chips are to die for...I have traveled far and wide for real and lightly battered big flaked and simply seasoned Fish dinner and this one is the winner hands down. Hand battered top quality juicy fillets that don't come frozen food distributors. I will also include real cut potatoes for french fries and an amazing coleslaw..and the warm dinner roll and butter and finally a tarter sauce that compliments and ties the meal together
