My son and I met Thierry and his partner Réjane around a bread making activity. They're great people. Thierry kindly shares his know-how and his explanations are so simple that they stay in mind. My 9-year-old son made his paintout alone. We were able to taste the taste of the little crazy who are a slaughter (desolated but it's true) and we even visited the small mill. Going back with 2 small jam pots and a good bunch of little crazy, I was thrilled with this moment of sharing with these two people so open to others. I recommend without hesitation!!!

After a very nice welcome by the boss, we enjoyed this day of rain, the heat released by the oven. Then the entrance with the delicious homemade rillettes, an extra ham (not too salty and dessert, all in a pleasant setting, difficult to take the road for the group. Thank you for this moment
Very nice and very good. I knew Saumur's whips that's very good too. The frame is great I really recommend. Bravo to you continue like that.
