Restaurant bewertenIt was cold outside, but cosy sitting down, while looking out through the large clean windows. The hotel is built across a creek as the hotel's name indicates, although there is not always flowing water. Our lunch came shortly after ordering, a large plate of a Seafood Combo and for my husband a huge Hawaiian Pizza. The Staff could not have been more attentive. We were comfortable here and enjoyed our lunch. We will be back.
Went here last year to enjoy trivia with my aunt and uncle and they had about 20-30 schnitzel options and this year it was only a few. The one I got was good but not great. Too bad, but not terrible either. I thought the staff were nice and trivia was as good as always, but in a different room. Give it a try.
Very friendly and helpful staff, food fresh and plentiful .service excellent.Waitress willing to answer questions as to another planed function.
The Bridgeway Hotel has a lovely salad, soup and vege bar. Daily specials and a good menu to pick from. Getting in and out of the carpark can be a bit hard but we manage. Had the garlic prawns last time i was there and it was one of the best sauces i have had, and ive had plenty
Though it's no fine-dining restaurant, the Bridgeway provides decent food at decent prices. Today - being Friday - their $12 Fish & Chips (with salad/hot veges bar available in the restaurant - rather than the bars) was just what the doctor ordered. A generous $9 glass of Pewsey Vale Riesling being the perfect accompaniment. Service was quick (only 5 minutes from ordering to service) and we had a pleasant booth by a window. You order from the bar - and each night or day they seem to have some kind of special (eg Tuesday is $10 schnitzel). Still quite a few family groups enjoying their meal while we reasonably late-comers placed our orders.
