Texas Roadhouse - Pooler

I am not able to eat large portions of food, so I usually order from the children's menu. That said this trip and meal was probably the worst I ever had. Half the rack of so-called fall from the bone ribs (from sever dehydration) was burned without taste, but burned and dust stepped dry. The vegetables had no butter and I had to ask for the butter. But the sadst part of the whole dinner, were we NIE our rolls or cinnamon butter? We had to ask for them. And to add the very dry dinner, the man came to our table and asked how the food was, and my spouse told her about the ribs. She gave us one at times in the kitchen and the chefs will add more source to the ribs and they will be back on the grill history. ?? and then there was another half plate. Ahhhhhh no thank you and then she said, okay sick take care of it. She never let the table be seen, and we THOUGHT she wanted to remove the court from the bill.. Well, NOPE was at $59 for the whole meal. On a cheerful note: I have the hurricane margarita and that was AMAZING...

Great food even better service. Nice to have a delicious steak without cooking it!

We stayed at a Hotel across from here. We sat down to have a drink at a booth because the bar area.was crowded. We order food to go. Our waitress was the best. She place our Togo order. When we got back to the hotel we both said this steak is good. Ribeye was so good. It was so tender with flavor my grandma could eat it. Love the food

If you want to have an amazing steak, always perfectly cooked, tender and the best quality...you have to come to Texas Roadhouse. Also you will always find the best customer service and drinks. Today, our server Justine WAS AMAZING! We loved her service. We had an awesome lunch! Thank you Justine!

Friday evening 11/19 6:45pm I picked up my normal order for 4 people and the food is almost always great. This time I ordered a salad but what I got was a side salad. I even asked the young lady at the pick up window why is this the size of a side salad. She said that was normal I knew that was a lie). I know it?s a busy season but I don?t appreciate being cheated even when it?s just food. If there is no larger salad option then take the salad tab off just offer side salads for a smaller price. Other than that everything else was great.
