Restaurant bewertenWe've been coming to this branch for years now and we've just had the best service from a chap called Max on drive through. Made us laugh so much and was very friendly. He is a great example of what customer service should be.
I have ordered food from here via the McDonald’s app and have never received the food, but won’t let me get a refund or talk to them about it
Ordered breakfast on the app at 10:45am, arrived at the restaurant at 11:00am to pick up. The male manager was very rude and just said it’s past breakfast so we can’t do it. No apology for inconvenience, no alternative offered and was really blunt. Please teach this manager some customer service skills or get him to work somewhere without customers.
We went through the drive through today, was told to park up as the food wasn't quite ready, a lovely lady Janet delivered the food to the car. She was polite and lovely, give us a minute or two to check the food was correct told us to have a lovely day. This is the kind of service that I love. She was thoughtful, considerate and wasn't in a rush. Thank you Janet! McDonald's she's a keeper. (Janet if you see this l'm the lady in the insignia who asked your name) THANK YOU!
I came in through the drive through in early January to get food for the family. I didn't mind waiting whilst they made a large order during a quiet moment in the day. The wait wasn't too long and we were home shortly after. Upon returning home, I realised some of the food was missing. Nothing particularly major and I had to go back to get food for my father who was too late to order the first time around. I did my best to be polite and understanding and a wonderful member of staff called Steve a white haired gentleman sorted the issue and made amends by adding in an extra serving of fries, free of charge. He was wonderful and all the staff were friendly. I'm not even mad that they missed an item or two when I first came around.
