Restaurant bewertenElegant restaurant of the hotel santa domitilla. the location is inside the hotel's fresh garden, under a beautiful pergola. Fish menu, very refined but not overly sophisticated, with different gourmet portraits of classic dishes. excellent the execution of the dishes, pleasant the scaling. interesting variations of shrimps and tuna tris, brilliant the tiramisùkadaifi. a great list of wines, with many French proposals, from the many champagnes for all prices, alsace, chablis and of course wines from the most important wine regions of Italy. the staff is impeccable and of course there is also the sommelier. the put in place is simple but complete (also the sauce for bread). prices are not cheap but not excessive, considering the quality offered and the average prices of the island. really an excellent place.

The restaurant is located inside a complex with hotel and wellness center annexed. can be reached from the inside of the village or from the entrance of the hotel that from the main road of the port. the atmosphere is very rich with soft lights that amplify its effects. the staff is very kind and attentive to the needs of the customer. the menu offers processed dishes very good and very well prepared. the general level is high. recommended for a romantic dinner.
We stayed a few nights ago, praying a quiet dinner in a refined place. Unfortunately, however, the food is mediocre and the atmosphere of the dozen. only the account reflected expectations: high. Impressively unfortunately. I strongly disagree to go there. We spent the evening with disco music and screaming children. While the table of children screaming, alas, can happen, it is unacceptable that a place like that puts commercial music at all volume that has nothing to do with the isolated garden covered by the photo towels. As for the food, we took a thousand straws of buffalo and shrimp that at the expense of the name was composed of three thick slices of buffalo, very salty. the raw shrimps instead were exceptional, but unfortunately two in all: one whole and the other shredded that disappeared between slices of mozzarella. risotto was maintained with cream, a choice of hot table more than a four-star restaurant, was heavy and stuccoing despite the generous amount of lime peel dominating all other flavors. We ran away without dessert. do not expect a classy place to spend a romantic or quiet evening, or eat well!
Beautiful discovery we were yesterday me and my girlfriend in this restaurant. I would like to compliment the chef for everything. impeccable service. great professionalism . from all the staff also . in the room . medium price high but just for such a beautiful location.
