Edinger's Filling Station - Pontiac

The food was delicious. Due to the busyness of the restaurant, our large party had to wait a little bit.

This restaurant is a cool, modern take on the traditional local diner. I enjoyed a cup of coffee and the special of the day, a cheese omelette with toast, for only $3.99. The service was good, and the atmosphere was authentic as we sat beneath the restaurant's vintage decor. Located across the street from a local supermarket with a small gas station offering better prices than those on the interstate, this spot is open until 2 in the afternoon. Overall, a fun dining experience!

Denise is fantastic. The food was amazing. I highly recommend it 1,000 times.

We've eaten here before and really enjoyed it, but they are no longer open on weekends, which rules us out. This weekend they probably would've had good business due to the Route 66 Motor Tour as well. Sorry we'll not be able to eat there anymore...
