I'm an OTR truck driver and I had to go through that city, I was delighted with the Puerto Rican food, I ordered an octopus with shrimp, which was A1 and my passion fruit (passion fruit), let the success continue and I recommend this place ,very good ? ?
We were there last night. From the start service was horrible. It seemed the guy who took the order was bothered that we were even there. We were not even greeted which I don’t care but while asking questions about the menu and ordering he was just nodding and answering with an attitude. Later we also found out they had some sauces for the mofongo that he could have mentioned. My husband asked if they made conch and octopus sándwich and he said no which they did. We didn’t leave right away because I really wanted the pulpo and carrucho mofongo. When food arrived it looked good and plentiful however, the octopus tasted fishy and was chewy. Conch was fine but two out of 3 mofongos felt like deep fried maybe because they weren’t fresh but weren’t bad. Also, $25 for conch and octopus mofongo. My son had the papas locas and he who is not picky said meat was ok. I would never be back but I wouldn't say the food was horrible just not great for the price and attitude we received. Btw we were nice the whole time. Customers are what makes your business succeed treat them better.
I loved it. The atmosphere was so PR ?? and the vibe was comfortable. The food takes time but it’s so worth it. It was delicious ?
The worst empanadas I have ever tried, they burned look like they were previously frozen so they fried them too long, the pina colada was not blended enough and had ice chunks and the flavor wasn’t great either , DO NOT GO THERE ITS NOT
