I'm so confused by the other reviews. After travelling Italy for last 2 weeks and finding a lot of average to good restaurants, I can honestly say this was a little hidden gem and I loved it. If you're expecting italian restaurants to hand make...all their pasta and make their own meats and cheese from scratch they don't. Most places will handmake 1 or 2 pastas and it'll emphasise on the menu that it's their HANDMADE pasta. We came here for lunch and I would highly recommend. Little terrace balcony away from the hustle and bustle. Started with a great caprese salad. We then got the octopus and a seafood pasta. Both were fantastic!! Fresh and tasty seafood. Reasonable prices. I thought it was great

I just don't get some of these reviews, we had an absolutely fantastic lunch (seafood pasta) and the service was great. after a month of fine eating in italia, this was actually up there, at least for lunch. easy, but great.

Our experience was good, the waitress was friendly, explained the dishes in English, and made us feel welcome. The owner was jovial and looked after us and others there well. We had fish dishes which were well cooked, the side of roast vegetables was a...bit disappointing, but everything else was first class. The setting is nice, quiet but in the middle of the old town.

We tried this place because we wanted to try some good Italian food. The waitress was quite rude from the start and was looking at other tables or at the wall while talked to. She didnt even know the ingredients of the dishes. The food...was dry and very dull (prices are 10€ for one meal. When we asked for the bill the waitress put it on our table while walking by without a word. In the end they charged us BOTH for table service (5€ in total). Usually the best restaurants charge a maximum of 3 for the entire table. They don't mention this fact in their menu. Avoid this place, it is a shame for this beautiful little town.
