Our evening was awesome! My parents celebrated their 56th Wedding Anniversary..the service was pure perfection…Our waitress Roxanne was a delight! Friendly..helpful..attentive! We will definitely be going back……We had Prime Rib..and the special lobster menu…

Service was slower than usual especially for our drinks. The bar maid was busy talking with a group of men and wasn't in a hurry to prepare them. We had to ask our waiter what was going on.

I have been going to The Keg in West-Island for many years. However, last night I was not very impressed with the service. They made a mistake with my order, and it was difficult to find the waiter to complain. I had to ask the receptionist to find the one at our table. Many other waiters were passing by, but if they are not serving you, they avoid even looking at your table. Unlike other restaurants, nobody passes to ask you if everything is ok. They took a long time to prepare the right accompaniment for my dish. When they finally brought it, I was no longer interested. We even declined our slice of BD cake at the end. We just wanted to get out of there. Sorry, it's not like me to give a bad evaluation.

I had the keriyaki sirloin and it tasted like it was drenched in soy sauce. So salty, I couldn't finish it. Moreover, I asked for medium and it came rare. Returned it to the kitchen and they recooked the same steak. Not sure I'd return anytime soon.

I’ve been want to go for such long time actually since my birthday in May. Overall everything was great I was very disappointed with the cauliflower mash which I was very much looking forward to with my steak. But what I got was cauliflower rice. The last time I went it was cauliflower mash. If you are going to serve rice then say that on the menu.
