Wendy's - POINT PLEASANT BEACH

This place will be just like Burger King was if they continue to operate as such. I visited last evening about 940pm after I went on google and checked to see what time they close. The hours on google are open until 10pm. I arrived to find the drive thru closed. Not surprised because of the snow storm we just had but the sign did state that the inside dining room was open. I then proceeded to go inside only to be met at the door and be informed by a women that stated they were closed. I then responded with the hours are open until 10pm. She then came back with well we close early because of the weather or something else she had said. I wasn’t sure because at that point I had been a bit annoyed because I just spent money on Uber to get there only to find out they are closed at around 930pm. Or as the person closing stated how the weather effects the place. Someone needs to handle this restaurant.

This guy had the craziest attitufde and was acting mad sasssy with me when i was being respectful. he also filled my fries halfway when i ordered a large he gave me a small but i paid for a large. i’m hungry. they were cold. We had to spin back around the drive through 3 times to get 3 orders. He was rude and disrespectful when u was continually respectful to him

Food oily and employees didn't wash their hands after coming out the restroom Im outta here. Also the Manager tried desperately not to refund our money.

Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Never coming back.

I wanted a taco salad and I know they do make a good one so everything was fine.
