Agriturismo Salentum Terrae - POGGIARDO

We had the pleasure of having dinner at the Salentum Terrae, which has already conquered us from the beauty of the location: If you you like to appreciate the beauty of the Salento lands and feel fully immersed in the typicality of a wonderful land, the Salentum Terrae is the right place. The continuity with the magic of the environment surrounded by the typical olive trees, is found in the dishes that transmit the tradition and the love used in the lighthouses. We chose to taste the start of the house, the Salentum Terrae, which consisted of six courses with typical foods; the abundance of the 'antipasto' had already almost satiated us, but this did not prevent us to taste the three first dishes we had chosen among a rich variety of options on the menu. The cutlets, the pats and the ears brought Salento on our table and the joy for our taste buds! No mistake, all overly exquisite. Balanced and new flavors, really abundant portions. To conclude this journey full of flavors, the dulcis in fundo was the magnificent tiramisu to beer, delicate and very pleasant, new and refined taste, a portion of happiness. Thanks to all the staff of Salentum Terrae, the best ingredient in the place, which made this experience possible! We recommend absolutely.

Long waiting times. We asked Rosé wine moved but ahimé arrived still. Mixed defined appetizer arrived only of completely cold vegetables. Not a typical or sliced cheese. € 14 for four vegetables. I didn't get answers to my questions. Even the first and second lukewarms. In the total dinner and poor service but as usual in Salento account salty .

Farmhouse a few minutes from Poggiardo, very wide and nice. Friendly walkers and menus with various choices mainly of land. In particular, very good the starter of the house (6 abundant portions of different dishes). Honest price for what we ate and for quality (2 appetizers, 3 mixed grills and 3 waters 67 euros with coffee and bitter offered)

We had dinner in this wonderful quiet place in the hinterland Salentino, from the start of the house to the fried cheeses to the first and to the meat to the grill that say everything really exceptional, delicious meat and delicious, friendly and helpful staff, we are satisfied and we will definitely return, the artisan sweets then really delicious. We have not tasted the pizzeria but from the appearance of what was being baked and from the certainty of the products that are used surely are not less than everything else. We were offered the bitters. Thank you so much for everything soon

On holiday with my wife we reached (with some difficulty this farm and we were completely satisfied. The welcome is nice and warm, the tasty and abundant Salento appetizers, the tasty ears. Unfortunately we do not eat much: I wanted to taste other dishes, but it will be for the next time ... I feel like I still give a good judgement for what I've been doing.
