The Babas - Plymouth

The food arrived nearly 2 hours early and when I called to address the issue, the customer service was terrible! The man on the phone was extremely rude. By the time I got home from work, the food was cold and I had to reheat my takeaway, which was unacceptable since I had requested it to arrive at a specific time. The service was poor and the people on the phone were rude. I will never order from this restaurant again.

OH MY GOODNESS IF I COULD GIVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD. WE WAITED TWO HOURS FOR OUR CURRY, ONLY FOR IT TO ARRIVE STONE COLD, I PHONED INSTANTLY, BUT WAS TOLD BY THE INCREDIBLY ARROGANT RUDE MAN, AS I HAD PLACED THE FOOD ON A PLATE, HE WOULD NOT TAKE IT BACK, REPLACE OR REFUND, I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT I AM NOT ACUSTOM TO EATING FROM CONTAINERS, HE JUST CONTINUED TO SHOUT AND SAY THERE HAD BEEN NO OTHER COMPLAINTS THIS EVENING, AND THAT HE WOULD NOT REPLACE OR REFUND, BUT AS A GESTURE I COULD HAVE A DISCOUNT NEXT TIME, THIS IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.... HE THEN PUT THE PHONE DOWN. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICES, AND I HAVE NEVER EVER SPOKEN TO SOMEONE IN THIS MANNER, AND NEITHER WOULD I WANT TO STOOP THAT LOW. I PRESUME THAT HE WANTED IT UNTOUCHED IN THE CONTAINERS SO HE CAN TAKE IT BACK, REHEAT IT AND SEND BACK OUT TO SOME UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS. HE IS HAPPY TO TAKE OUR MONEY CASH NO RECEIPT OR CARD READER ON THE DOORSTEP!!!! AND LEAVE US TO HAVE COLD CONGEALED FOOD. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE TAKE YOUR CUSTOM TO A TAKEAWAY THAT TAKES PRIDE IN THEIR FOOD AND CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, AS THIS EXCUSE FOR A TAKEAWAY CLEARLY DOES NOT.

Ordered pizza spicy spuds. Order was very late. Topping on pizza was lovely however the bases were well over cooked. As for the spuds, they were over cooked I ordered a spicy sauce for mine, expecting it in a pot, but no, covered all of them in the sauce, which I really didn't want. Like to dip spuds in, or not, should be my choice. Made the spuds even soggier gave 2 stars as the delivery driver was so so nice!!! Would've tipped him however had no cash on me

Still the best indian takeaway, food was excellent and so tasty.The food delivered was hot. It was excellent and the delivery bloke was polite. Thank you we really enjoyed our food

This was the worst Indian food I have ever had. We ordered food for three people and only received two poppadoms with no dips. All three meals had the same sauce and tasted identical. It was a terrible experience. If you enjoy Indian food, do not go to this restaurant.
