I received four delicious plates of chicken katsu—so good! The staff was very polite as well!

I will not be returning to this restaurant. To get straight to the point, I spotted a large cockroach near one of the tables. Additionally, the gum and vending machines are in terrible condition, dirty and dusty, with a general lack of cleanliness throughout the place. There are boxes piling up everywhere, and everything feels disorganized. It completely turned my stomach. It’s disappointing that I spent over $50 only to encounter roaches.

The restaurant is quite disorganized, with boxes and cases of drinks piled up against the wall, giving it a somewhat unkempt appearance that isn't very inviting. The cashier lacks personality, which doesn't help the overall experience. In comparison, the location in Stockton offers much better service and a more pleasant atmosphere. Overall, I'd rate the service as a 1 out of 5.

Food was hot and fresh. The only negative is the inside needs to be reorganized and cleaned. Just kinda dingy and not very welcomingFood: 5/5

Used to dine here for the ribs for years, lately I noticed the meat being really chewy and tough. Tried it again the other day and confirming it’s chewy and tough. Quality has gone downhill and I am feeling the after effects of the chewy tough meat today on the porcelain chair.
