Nice and clean restaurant, desk personally was polite and respectful. Breakfast sandwich looks bigger than the picture on the menu. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. The small minute Maid orange juice, which is only 10 ounces is much too small. You should offer a 16 ounce option.
I absolutely love this place and their breakfast is delicious. I am a regular here and the woman on the speaker is always friendly. They always get my order right (unlike some other places, shake my head). I highly recommend this location, 10 out of 10.
This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. I ordered a sausage biscuit and the employee didn't know what I was talking about. When I received my food, it was a cold sausage, biscuit, egg, and cheese sandwich that was all wrong. The French toast sticks were cold and hard. When I went to pay, they didn't have the vanilla iced coffee and the employee was rubbing her nose and face with her bare hands. The manager tried to make a coffee with milk and simple syrup, but it was terrible. The food was gross, the cleanliness was lacking, and I was disappointed that they didn't know their own menu. Just the absolute worst.
I frequently buy fries for my toddler at this restaurant, often taking advantage of the $1 large fries offer from my iOS app. However, during my recent visit, I encountered an issue at the drive-thru when the staff member insisted that I had to purchase something else to redeem the offer. Despite my attempts to explain that I had used the same offer before and had digital receipts to prove it, the staff member began yelling at me and refused to listen. This disrespectful treatment, based perhaps on my accent or color, left me feeling humiliated and upset, especially in front of my son. It's not just about the $1 offer anymore - it's about the lack of respect I received for no valid reason. I plan to report this incident to consumer forums and will keep pursuing it until I receive a public apology.
