If we are writing solely on speed of service and quietness of atmosphere than it would get five stars.
I've had 2 lunch trips to Cabo's and the standard Mexican fare is all good.
Great food and drinks. Right next to my apartments so we frequent the place. The service can be slow but it's usually worth the wait.
