Hirsch's Meats - Plano

My heritage is Eastern European on one side and Pennsylvania Dutch on the other. When they wean you off the baby bottle they hand you a sausage! (Or very nearly). Suffice it to say that I come from a long line of meat eaters and over 60+ years I’ve had some of the best, including Amish raised and fed. This meat market is the real deal and I’ve had nothing but great products from them. The staff is quick, friendly, and completely competent. Did I mention I really like meat? You will too once you taste these cuts above the rest.

They have 20 pounds of fresh boudin and 10 pounds andouille, cook for a cancer. I smoked the boudin and everyone said it was the bestandouille they had ever.
