Campisi's Restaurants Plano

Just my favorite spot in Plano. Been coming here for years. Atmosphere is nice but not too formal, service is great, food is terrific. Meatballs or chicken parm is my suggestions!

I called this Campisi restaurant in Frisco in advance to let them know I’m in a hotel, ordering from Uber Eats please provide Parmesan packets and red pepper flake. Nothing in my bag and it was delivered late because the driver was kept waiting by the restaurant! Not even plastic ware/napkins for the entree and salad. I ordered the chicken Marsala, the quality was laughable. It was supposed to be with angel hair, nope. The chicken was super dry and uninspiring, hardly any sauce, about as consistent with the service at this location. My profile will show I consistently write positive reviews, but this overall experience was so bad and the order was 30/w tax I had to comment out of disappointment. This staff at Campisi Frisco on Sunday night from the phone to the kitchen, to packaging front to back did not care about quality and definitely did not care to deliver customer service.

Service was extremely rude. We just got kicked out of our table because they had a big party coming in and didn’t plan ahead and needed our table. Said we could finish our dinner “at the bar” if we wanted. My family goes here all the time and we’ve never been treated like that rudely.

This is my favorite all time food. I've been eating at Campisi's since the 80's and I love it. I ordered delivery today and they make it so easy. I had the Randy White toasted ravioli, an order of Joe's toast with provolone cheese and lasagna with red sauce. The mean always includes a salad which I truly enjoy. The red sauce is amazing. I have ordered it by the jar so I can use it on my own pasta. Sorry I don't have pictures to offer but it was so good I just dove in and ate it all. The delivery was actually early and the drivers are always nice and patient knowing I'm usually upstairs and it takes me a minute to get to the door.Campisi's has terrific food and great service. I will be a lifelong customer!
