The Place Placerville

Late on Sunday night. all 4 ordered items, including a pizza, were very good. it seems that if the full restaurant can be loud through flowing floors. out of that.

We had dinner here on a stormy Saturday night. the place was full and our server warned us that waiting for eating would be quite long. we decided to stay, and I'm glad we did. eating was fantastic. there was a big party that took up half the restaurant, so it was a bit loud, but not unbearable. waiting the staff was all coughing. the house made focaccia brot was to die, and our waitress has us an extra few glasses wein due to waiting and again eating was great!

Always excellent and never disappointed. eat, service and ambiente exceptional

We waited 20 minutes for the server to come to us after we had set ourselves. she explained that the short were employees. the drinks lasted 20 minutes. eating was okay, but not excellent.

It was Christmas Eve. Staff was a little shorthanded. So service was slow. However, the food and attitude of the staff made up for the shortcoming. We will return on a normal business because the food was excellent.
