Restaurant bewertenAs long-time customers of Pizza Perfecta for over 20 years, we are disappointed to say that their quality has seriously declined since the arrival of Covid and Grubhub. Our recent delivery was subpar, with half of a chicken parm hoagie and half of a hot sausage hoagie lacking in meat, sauce, and cheese. The chicken parm hoagie only had two thin slices of chicken, barely covering the bread, while the hot sausage hoagie had small, thin slices of sausage with minimal toppings. If this is their new normal, we will not be returning. The prices are already quite high for a half hoagie, and with the additional fees from Grubhub, it's not worth it. Despite our complaints and a second order being sent, the quality did not improve much. Unfortunately, we will be exploring other pizza places in the area in search of a better option. It's a shame, Pizza Perfecta, we used to love you.
I felt that the pizza lacked sufficient cheese and toppings considering its price of over $20. The server seemed to agree, as he gave me a questioning look as if to say "ma'am, that's not worth it." Youngs, I am requesting a refund and will be returning tomorrow.
The pizza is reasonably priced, but what truly stands out is the exceptional customer service. The staff is always friendly and went above and beyond when there was an issue with my order, promptly fixing it without hesitation. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction make this restaurant a great choice for building long-term relationships with their customers.
Terrible! Lady at the register didn’t know what she was doing. Ran my debit card twice and first time said it was declined then did it again. It was never declined because they charged me twice. Called and went to restaurant about it and they refused to give me my money back from that second payment they took out. After being told it wasn’t taken out twice and showing the bank statement proof. I usually order from here but I won’t anymore!!!!!!
I have ordered almost $100 worth of food every Fri night for the last 13 years and I live off Highland, less than a mile from the restaurant. Tonight our food was :45 mins late. I called and the man who answered was beyond rude. He said the problem was it was raining (light rain on my dark sky app) and that they were busy. He said, “we have a lot of loyal customers, you’d be surprised”. Well guess what, you’ve lost this one.
