One of our local favorites. I'm so glad to be here especially in these difficult times. A great menu with exceptional service and a cozy atmosphere. Thank you to the owners and employees who keep this place great.

Great place to eat! Service was excellent, food was delicious and the atmosphere was relaxed. Can eat outside or inside. Not served expensive for the top quality of food. Definitely eat here again, but next time I bring more friends, so I'm not the only one who enjoys this wonderful place!

We were here a few times and they are never disappointed! If you want to go for a delicious dinner with your significant other or a group of friends to get some drinks and a selection of dishes for everyone, then you need to check out Carolina Blue. You have some really delicious BBQ items on your menu! Beautiful ambience with tables and bar seats. Local Peeps friendly bartenders and a wide selection of adult drinks, including many beers on tap or bottles of wines and mixed drinks. We immediately sat at a table for 2 while walking in the door. The waitress came by and was attentive! The table felt a bit cramped as we could hear the whole conversation from the table next to us. Food was served hot and tasty and my company as always was the best! We shared some appetizers, including crab soup smoked wings and coconut shrimps and scallops! Then we split a rib that came with Pommes and Slav! Finger lick peach wood smoked ribs with a beautiful pink smoke ring! A few microbes and mixed drinks later we called it a night! Carolina Blue is a unique local restaurant and serves excellent quality BBQ at an expected price for BBQ in Jersey during winter!

I loveee this spot. Perfect atmosphere for a romantic date. The food is deeeelicious, good drinks and nice waiters. Can't wait to visit again.
