Pizza Hut - Pigeon Forge

As a local, let me give you all a bit of advice. I would HIGHLY recommend that all tourist stay away from Pizza Hut in Pigeon Forge. The majority of employees who work there are drug addicts. They're extremely rude and don't care about your business. Your hard earned money is better spent elsewhere.

I ordered pizza and pasta for delivery at 6:04 PM. Unfortunately, we did not receive our order until 10:30 PM and had to go pick it up. The pizza was undercooked and we did not receive our mozzarella sticks. This was the worst pizza I have ever eaten.

This is the only Pizza Hut that serves excellent pizza! Their oven is well-seasoned and consistently at the proper temperatures. It was worth the two bus rides to get there!

We ordered from this Pizza Hut because it was a few feet from our hotel. We ordered a 3 topping pizza. The ingredients were not what we ordered. They sent me a text saying the pizza was out for delivery. It was over an hour before the pizza was delivered, even though we were almost next door. It was very cold! This was our worst experience ever from a pizza hut!

Worst pizza hut ever!!! Ordered pizza and wings to be delivered. Pizza was delivered but no wings and pizza had toppings on it i didn't ask for. Tried calling the store, but was either hung up on or placed on hold. Was on hold 50 minutes before I drove to the pizza hut. When I got there the staff was very rude, would not remake my order and would not give me my money back unless I brought back the food. They did not care I was on hold for 50 minutes. While there watched as staff purposely hung up on calls or placed them immediately on hold without saying anything. While complaining to the one manager she gets mad and storms away and someone else who is supposedly the store manager comes and is rude also. She threatens to call the police on me for harassment because I wanted the name of the manager so I could report to corporate. Finally left and called the pizza hut further up the parkway and spoke to a very nice manager who couldn't believe how we were treated, and said she would remake our order. She was the nicest manager you could have. She gave us a number to call and report the other store and to get our money back. She also said they have been fixing their orders all week. DO NOT GO TO THE PIGEON FORGE PIZZA HUT!!!!
