Locale ben arredato e personale gentile, attento e pronto a fornire ogni spiegazione. Anche il titolare è intervenuto al tavolo per servirci, spiegando ogni piatto! Premuroso è dire poco! Abbiamo cenato un lunedì: è stato davvero difficile scegliere tra tante meraviglie. Abbiamo optato per un tris di salumi per due persone e un vino appeso superlativo; da romana, non sapevo che fosse un tipo di prosciutto… Non potevamo farci scappare il risotto all'amarone: delicatissimo e con una porzione giusta per soddisfare il palato. Ottimo il quartino di vino Valpolicella! Tra i dessert, abbiamo preferito una pera cotta al vino guarnita con crema zabaione al whiskey. Un posto dove tornare. Consigliato vivamente! Wanting to get away from the center (too touristy), we came across this address with a reputation to match. A beautiful room, a very pleasant welcome and excellent advice from all the staff. Exceptional product quality, the selection of cold meats... Wow! The different pastas tried, the risotto THE specialty!!!! A beautiful table! And a magnificent wine list.
