Zookz Sandwiches - Phoenix

The food was good, the staff was great, and we liked the atmosphere. it's a little expensive for what they get, but I'd definitely get back. we came on Saturday at 1 o'clock. there was no line, but there were some people waiting for her to eat. when we ordered the woman on the counter, was very friendly and personal and her menu is pretty straight forward so it is a simple process. after the order they get a number and we have our drinks and sides and sat at the bar with view of camelback. my only complaint about this part of the process is that all their sides are in plastic containers in a cold bar as they could find prepacked food on a deli. it felt a bit wasted in comparison to maybe plated to side in a karton bowl or something. the food didn't last long, and everything was good. the heap on my nr. 20 was fantastic, and the potato salad and the calf salad were both different dishes, but we are both fantastic. also nr. 35 was good, but it was quite gigantic forward. the atmosphere while we eat was nice, older rock music, but quiet enough to conduct a conversation. my only others were complaining that they only offer plastic utensils, also for din in, and the prices were a little higher than I liked it. for two sandwiches (sides included), a kartoffel sidekick, a coffee, and a tee our total $42. I would have been happier to be somewhere closer to $35 for the quality of food.

My children and I were on a culinary adventure this summer and tried various places and foods that we have not tried so far. from the 10 or so places we have tried, this is my first assessment because it was literally so good. I have nr. 20 and I loved that it was not much broth, perfect ratio of meat, cheese, sweet and dressing! I like warm meals, but in summer it is hard to find meals that are warm, but also light and fill and do not feel hard. zookz hits the nail on the head for what I was looking for! will definitely be a recurring customer!

The place is super sweet with friendly staff. I'd like to sit outside the sisters. the best part is the coffee that hits my favorite coffee shop in the price. they also have delicious taste options and milk. the sandwiches are super unique and pretty good. it is worth trying at least once. the aromen mash together inside, but the sandwich crust is quite cool and crispy. they are more expensive, but this is a great place for a casual outing.

They have breakfast and lunch sandwiches, plus a dessert sandwich option. I have a breakfast sandwich for lunch, number 68, and it was really one of the best breakfast food I had!

We passed by this place looking for something healthy to eat in the morning for lunch. Never heard of this type of sandwich but by the pictures I was curious to try out. Will say I was not disappointed at all with this spot. The food was delicious and did not feel heavy after eating. Gotta say it got the job done.
