Wendy's - Phoenix

Run of the mill experience. Which is good, it was hassle free and everything was delivered correctly. Order was quickly processed and the food was hot when it arrived. Nuggets were a little cooler and tasted a little older but were still nice to eat. No major complaints, just small things could have made it better.

This Wendy's is a Wendy's. Nothing against the employeee. They are in fact always welcoming and exceptional. Those facts are all the more impressive after taking into consideration the fact that this location is smack dab in the middle of a very action packed intersection. After all of that being said if you don't live in the area you'd probably be better off going to the one closest to you. Due to the location the hours are much tighter then you'd normally find at a Wendy's anyways. remark about hours based in fact while the rest TOTALLY based on opinion. I went today (11/13) at 9:43 am. I ordered two breakfast baconator. One normal, one on a croissant. First time I went, the one on the croissant was missing. I go back to have them fix it. I am given a new sandwich, thinking it's correct was completely incorrect. It was a croissant with egg and cheese and one piece of bacon. I had already went home so I called this place and explain what's wrong. The first lady that had answered wanted me to go back again for the 3rd time so I told them I can not. That's too many times, the phone is handed to someone else and I was told for a refund for the sandwich. The sandwich itself is 6.69 as placed on my receipt. I went back between 12:30 pm to 1 and told them I was told for a refund and the lady at the window only handed me back 4 dollars and some change. I don't care about the change, I'm just upset I went to this locations 3 separate times less than 4 hours and each time, the situation gets worse and leaves me unsatisfied.

This place never runs smoothly. they are always made of baked potato. short personal so that they close early and sometimes run out of the meat and offer only individual burgers. management is not present at this location.

I don't care that the change changes, I'm just upset that I went to these places 3 separate paintings less than 4 hours and each time, the situation gets worse and leaves me unsatisfactory.
