The Arrogant Butcher - Phoenix

The staff at Arrogant Butcher is wonderful. Extremely attentive. Crowd can be boisterous, but good people watching for sure. Brussel sprout appetizer is great; so is the chocolate peanut butter caramel pie! Delicious! Entrees are fine… meat loaf is a standout.

Was there at 5 pm for a 6pm Suns Game. Had us seated, served, and at the game before tip off! Excellent service!

The only great thing about our experience here was the service: very friendly and attentive.i ordered a Grey Goose martini and they don’t serve Grey Goose. Really?? The Belvedere martini was nice and dry, just not my preferred option. My husband ordered a Paloma which was sickenly sweet. After one sip he sent back and went to beer. The bartender did credit that for us without us asking so cudos to her! My salmon rillet was delicious! My Cesar salad was drenched in too much dressing. The sauce on my husband’s meatloaf was a too sweet barbecue sauce. Won’t choose this spot again for anything but basic cocktails and beer even thought it’s so convenient to the Footprint Center.

My family of four went here for dinner before the game. It was a great atmosphere and the food was delicious! Meatballs for the appetizer were delightful and the fish and chips were scrumptious.

The service was very disappointing. The waiter forgot to bring a drink we ordered, despite us mentioning that it was a birthday celebration. It felt like a bother to ask the waiter for anything. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service.
