Restaurant bewertenEnjoyed a great date night at this awesome restaurant that focuses on all the details and LOCAL. Great to see the aging meats in the cooler, as a meat nerd it’s cool.The burger was unlike any other I have had. Great flavors and sauce that complimented the craft burger. Simple side salad to join it was great as well.Old Fashioned was very very good. Not just your basic one like many places serve. This one had its own style and flavor. Well done.

I struggled writing this review because there isn’t words that can fully describe the experience of dining at persepshen. The service, the food, the atmosphere is beyond EXCEPTIONAL every single time! They never disappoint! The quality of their ingredients is by far the BEST in the city! Each dish is crafted with love and plated in the most unique way! My favorite part is that their menu changes frequently so you can always expect something new! I love their gnocchi, burgers, their crushed potatoes are phenomenal, and desert is a absolute MUST! You just really need to come and experience it for yourself 10000000/10
Persepshen, nestled in the heart of mid-town Phoenix, easily claims a spot among my top 5 favorite restaurants for its unwavering dedication to crafting meals from scratch, spotlighting local organic ingredients in every bite. Our culinary journey commenced with an exploration of their innovative drink offerings, including the meticulously curated Megroni featuring homemade Campari, and an ingenious twist on the classic old fashioned dubbed old Skool. Each sip was a revelation of well-balanced flavors that paid homage to tradition while carving a path of their own.Venturing into their culinary realm, we embarked on a journey of taste, texture, and artistry. The fried pickled okra was an elevated classic, the heirloom tomato board was a vivid ode to freshness, and the tangerine tenderloin (tempura style) was a captivating spectacle as it transformed before our eyes. The meal was not just a feast for the palate but a show of how it should be done, with flavors harmoniously balanced, much like the earlier libations.
So good!! Everything we ordered was delicious but our favorites were pork chop and scallops. It was hard to decide what to get because everything on the menu looked amazing. Can’t wait to go back and try more things. We also loved sitting at the bar and watching the staff working in the kitchen. Everything is so beautifully presented. And the fact that they care about quality of meat, produce, oils they cook in makes it that much better. Love this place!
