Bosa Donuts - Phoenix

I ordered food, drinks, and donuts from this restaurant and received an alert that my order was ready. When I arrived, I found out that half of my order was not in stock. I had to randomly choose muffins and donuts that I didn't want and then was asked to pay the difference for a different drink since they were out of apple juice. I ended up with a box full of items I don't eat because they don't offer refunds, and now they are asking for more money. I will never be returning to this restaurant again.

I purchased a dozen of my favorite donuts and was disappointed to discover that the person who packed them gave me ones that were split due to how they were arranged in the display. Unfortunately, I had already disposed of one of the damaged donuts before I could take a picture to share. The box was sealed with tape, so I didn't notice the issue until I arrived home. In the future, if I return to this restaurant, I will make sure to inspect my order before leaving the establishment, whether it is taped shut or not. I recommend that others do the same to avoid similar situations.

I recently went to a restaurant where I had a great experience with the staff. The young lady who helped me was extremely friendly and seemed very genuine. She took our order and got everything right, even remembering it all without writing it down. I was very impressed by her skills. By the way, I also want to recommend my high school's fall play, which will be on November 3rd and 4th at 7:00pm. Tickets are $7.00 per seat and the location is Deer Valley High School at 18424 N 51st Ave, Glendale, AZ 85308. I highly recommend checking it out!

I have a box full of items I don?t eat because they don?t give refunds apparently, and now you are seriously asking for more money?!?!? Never again!

Ordered donuts inexpensive. Eat them premade, room temperature. They hit the spot fluffy and sweet. That's all folks.
