Barro's Pizza - Phoenix

7/29I purchased my order online while at Manuel's Mexican restaurant. Barros claimed it would be ready in 35 minutes for pick-up. We arrived 15 minutes longer than the 35 minutes Barros alleged my order would be ready.I tried to pick up my order that should have been ready. So they had me get in line just find out they hadn't made my pizza. I waited 30 minutes and they thought they were doing me a favor by giving me a bigger pizza than I ordered.The restaurant was not busy to top it off.There was a male employee sneezing and sneezing at the registers. Wow, if your sick stay home until your better.GROSS!The food is great, the service really really SUCKS.I'm not willing to come come back, I'm done with Barros.

It was a nice place, I didn't like the look of the premade salad so I got pizza and it set a while for sure. But it was a nice place to hang out with family and/or friendsFood: 3/5

I love coming here! The food is awesome and staff is always attentive and friendly. My pizza tonight was so good. I had the pleasure of having Amy help me tonight. She was so sweet and patient with me and my toddler. She was so helpful and even chatted with me a little bit even though I came in close to closing. She didn't rush me or make me feel badly for being In there late, she took her time with me and it really made me smile at the fact that I could tell she really cared. It was just a breath of fresh air! I haven't had such great customer service in such a long time. Nowadays it seems like employees don't care as much for customer service as they used to, but not here. Always an awesome expirence dining in or doing take out. 10/10 all around great food and employees!

I absolutely love their food. However, there's always a problem with the fountain drinks. Most of the time is always dirty especially in the evening. We were served a hot beer. The fountain drinks Pepsi is broken. Last time I was here..not exaggerating there was a fly in the lemonade. I showed it to the lady at the cashier. After these little mishaps I'm starting to think twice of coming here to eat. Doesn't seem very clean. Not to mention they take forever to serve the food.

Amazing food, from the amazing Wings, all the way to the crispy crust pizza. Barros has an exceptional environment, and inviting. Whether you're getting a lunch deal, or all out party, this is the place to be.Food: 5/5
