Ordered online, when we got our food it was cold, not made correctly at all and on top of that i can't eat chorizo and they never once said that they were out of ham so when i get home i see my food is made with chorizo. terrible communication on their part, as well as bad food. go to a different location or even better, try ihop! at least they know how to communicate.

The service was absent I could not get a second cup of coffee. Not even the manager would bring it. The food was cold. The hashbrowns were under cooked and my bacon was over cooked and cold. I think they cooked it yesterday. It was not busy at all , now I know why.

Manager (George). #3 Good food that was plated perfectly and delivered to my table within 5 minutes of ordering, kudos to the chef! Cali Club Sandwich with seasoned fries. Side of Onion rings. Coke and a water were consistently refilled. I'm a Phx native and longtime local municipal worker and have been coming to this area for various restaurant visits for decades. This Denny's seems to be the only restaurant on this block that has sustained and maintained an original presence. Sad to say, but these days that means a lot. The place wasn't packed. Though you can tell the online and phone-in orders were moving well. Every occupied table, besides mine, was filled with families. Don't hesitate to walk through the doors and support and experience a place that is essential historic when it comes to local places to eat. You're gonna get what you want and the staff is willing to make it happen for you and the family.

Even on a busy night I was greeted right when I walked in, got my drinks right away and offered refill's multiple times. Good mix of music and my server was amazing, she was funny and had a great attitude! The food was unbelievably good! My steak was cooked perfectly and they got my eggs correct! Will definitely be coming back!!
