Restaurant bewertenTucked away and unassuming. Excellent dumplings. Quick service!
Tiny restaurant big taste. Very affordable. Peanut noodles, fried dumplings, and fried taro are all A+
I decided to stop by this restaurant after watching a video by Strictly Dumplings on YouTube, and I am so glad I did. I had heard about this place before but had never tried the food, and I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious it was. I was in need of a quick meal, so I ordered a bowl of hot noodles and some soup. The noodles were clearly handmade and the sauce was flavorful with a hint of peanuts. The soup was hot (perfect for chilly days in Philadelphia) and had just the right amount of saltiness with meaty toppings. And the best part? It only cost $6!
The prices at this restaurant are unbeatable. For $10, you can get a generous portion of delicious noodles. While the space is small, it is a great option for grabbing a quick meal while traveling on the train.
I returned the next day to try the Beef Tripe Noodle Soup, which was a bit bland but still tasty. The soup was filled with plenty of beef tripe and vegetables, and once again, the portion size was impressive. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Philly's Chinatown.
