Restaurant bewertenI've been here occasionally since they opened up. the burger and the pommes are solid. Sometimes when I work overnight in the opposite, I call on the way to work a call-out order and pick it up. yesterday I went to my order and they refused to take it over the phone. they told me that I have to go to a website and order it through a sort of system I am not familiar with. I don't have time to work on that. So I rushed over to order personally, and when I get to the counter, the guy refuses to take my order on the counter. I don't appreciate that I'm being treated like this and was wasting my time to find a new Hamburger place.
I ordered an salad and a smoothie. the salat? was devastated with old salat? I was really disappointed for a $20 order... I will not return. just because they have specialized in burger does not mean that they screw the rest of the menu
I was always happy with the food I get from here, but today they really exceeded my expectations. they forgot to pack my salat dressing and when I called it, they apologised me my dressing and a bonus milkshake. currently my partner and I quarantine because we have covid and this little extra contract really made our day.
Good milkshakes. I have cookies and cream and loved it. I also grabbed a strawberry banana bottle that wasn't good at all. I will give the burgers a try
The place is okay. Burger tasted pretty fresh, although for the price (I realize Bidenflation is a factor) it was pretty small. Potato fries were pretty good, but the ketchup I asked for was not provided. When I checked out, I selected receipt but there was no paper so I got none. I ordered a fountain drink and it wasn't working when I went over. Told the fella and he said he'd get to it if he could. There were apparently only two of them working and there was a stream of orders. Well, 25 minutes later I was done and there was no move on the fountain. So I cleaned up and put the cup back on the counter and left. So, that's $2.49 they scammed me out of. Look, fair enough, but bad management is how these places go out of business and job 1 (among the other job 1s) in food service is at night when you close and in the morning when you open, you check all the condiments, sodas, napkins, and so on, clean up and get ready for the rush. If you run out in the middle of the rush, well maybe, but that wasn't the case here. These entitled college students in Newark aren't going to put up with that for long.
