Dunkin' - Philadelphia

I have been going to Dunkin for years and their decaf and the sandwiches are great! I love to start my day with Dunkin.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE DUNKIN. DON 'T GO HERE. Bad service every time I go. Today was horrible the manager was yelling at his employees, none of them could get any of the orders right for me or any of the other 4 customers waiting around me for mobile pickup. Three employees decided to ask me my name from the order. The third one asked me 3 times, she was far so I spelled it out so she could hear me and then she got very angry at me saying I was being smart and I told her I was just trying to help her! It was a really disgusting experience. YUCK

I do not recommend this location at all. They are incredibly slow and forgot my order three times. They prioritize mobile orders over those placed in person. I waited about 15 minutes for an ice cream, and when I went up to inform them that my order had been forgotten, they simply glanced at me and ignored the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and ensure that every guest has a positive experience.

This is by far one of the worst Dunkin’s in the city. The staff is extremely slow, rude or under staffed. They don’t care if there is a line and move at their own pace, or even facing around. The Asian woman in the mornings is so rude and makes you feel so unwelcome. I typically order on the app and it is a 50/50 change that the order is not ready when air arrive and or not correct.If you are able to go to another Dunkin location go- this one is a waste of time and so disrespectful.
